Feel free to email me or fill in the quote form on my website and state which product/service you are interested in and I will forward a price list back as soon as I can.

Realistic portraits will take 2-4 weeks depending on the size and how many subject needs to be drawn. So if you are thinking of ordering one as a gift I recommend you put in a order at least 4 weeks in advance.

Caricature portraits and custom gifts will take 1-2 weeks (Includes delivery time).

Bespoke pieces for business or personal use will vary depending on what is requested. Time frame can be discussed if there is a deadline date in mind.

For realistic portraits I will need high quality photos with good lighting that is taken close enough to see the finer facial details such as eyelashes. The more details I can see in the photo the more details I can capture in the portrait.

For caricarture portraits I will need a good enough photo, doesn't have to be a super close up but close enough so I can clearly see the facial features, the facial features are the key focus for Caricature style portraits.

Currently, I only offer shipping within UK.

Once the portrait or custom gift is complete it should take 2-4 working days for your order to be delivered.

Due to the nature of my business, I dont do returns on commissioned portraits and bespoke artwork. I ensure all my portraits and custom gifts are handled with care and packaged securely. But if it happens to arrive damaged then please contact me via email within 14 days of receiving the product, I will do what I can to resolve this problem.

For my non custom products in my shop there will be no returns unless the product itself is damaged. Please email within 14 days of receiving the product.
